Your current Group Dental Insurance Plan through United States Life Insurance Company will terminate effective 11:59 p.m. December 31, 2017 and transfer to a new insurance carrier on January 1, 2018. We have you covered!

Mercer Health & Benefits Administration LLC (“Mercer Consumer”) continues to manage other client-sponsored products, however, will no longer administer your Group Dental Insurance Plan. Mercer Consumer has negotiated, on your association’s behalf, to ensure you receive comprehensive dental coverage through another insurance provider. Effective January 1, 2018, your group dental coverage will continue uninterrupted, and be administered by Kelsey National Corporation. Please go to www.myassociationdentalplan.com to view your new dental plan or call 1-844-535-7391 to speak to a Customer Service representative Monday−Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
